Finding Time For Meditation, Yoga, and Contemplative Practice.

It can be difficult to find the best time for practice, especially in the current lockdown situation and the unknown future that we face. Don't give your self a hard time if your practice is difficult, instead look at your other daily habits and how modifying them can create a more conductive atmosphere for practice at those times that ARE available. Remember, just by the fact that you are looking at mindfulness and trying to find time to practice means that you are well on the road to realizing the benefits of meditation.
