Guided Meditation and Chakra Yoga for Stress Relief

Keep yourself healthy and sane during the lockdown with daily meditations, breathing, and yoga. This guided meditation and chakra yoga session focuses on stress relief in the body, and anchoring a powerful sensation of joy, which can be used to build strength and confidence. Includes some light hatha yoga. I will try to do these everyday, and improve the audio and video quality as I go along. Right now everyone in the world is facing some similar difficulties, let's use this time to become more connected, more clear, and better than we were when we came in.
