How To Sit For Meditation: Burmese Style

Burmese is my favorite sitting style. It is accessible for many people, encourages good posture, and can be held for long periods of time. This posture is great for vipassana, anapanasati, meditations aimed at nonduality, raja yoga, or yoga nidra.
