Meditation For Grief in Self Isolation: Taoist Meditation for Strengthening the Lungs

During our time of self isolation we need to boost immune system, engage in stress relief, and use techniques of both traditional science and nonduality to do so. Today we focus on building up the lungs, expelling the emotions of grief and sorrow, while building up the emotion of courage and anchoring it in the body. The session is based on a taoist meditation and breathing practice, with additional exercises.
