Nondual Meditation and Yoga: Connecting to the Cosmos from Self Isolation

During the self isolation and quarantine situation it's more important than ever that we stay connected to our deeper self, rooted in nondual awareness. Today we focus on expanding our consciousness and sense of self to the universe and infinity. We then symbolically anchor the experience in the body. This will allow us to feel a part of larger order, greater than our day to day lives. This exercise includes yoga and meditation.
