Walking Meditation: 5 Senses Meditation

Walking meditation brings about great results in it's own right, and it also helps support many other practices. I use it first thing in the morning, and in combination with other meditation and yoga. The meditation in this video uses the feet as the main object, then spreads that awareness out to include all five senses and the mind. I hope you enjoy.
