Yoga For Balance During Self Isolation

Staying conscious during suffering can be difficult, especially during the current coronavirus self isolation. This yoga for balance session employs pranayama, alternate nostril breathing, asana and meditation to regain the natural balance of the body and mind. As always, we incorporate mindfulness and concepts of nonduality to use in our healing.
